Gave me a great deal to think about and I now feel have options. Desperate, I submitted to two steroid injections in each foot. Dr. Sanchez had the best technique I have ever experienced. Her staff were pleasant & her assistant was knowledgeable.

Everything was great, both the doctor and all of the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional (this was in Dr. Cook's office in Hillsborough). Dr. Cook took the necessary X-rays, calmed my fears about my foot having some fracture or deformation and simply explained what was happening and what I should do next in a clear manner. Great visit.

First let me start with the refreshingly friendly and efficient front office person- Georgette, I believe. For once, after filling out the online requested forms, they were actually prepared by having them printed out w/ minimal further info needed. Once back, the nurse was efficient, friendly and actually not rushed. She listened and asked pertinent questions. Dr. Cook was friendly and also was attentive. He gave sound advice, made me feel a thorough exam was given and took extra time to give me a copy of the xray disc. Lastly, check out- that's when they took the copay which seems so much more favorable than when they demand it up front before you've even met the doctor! Overall, this is how a doctor's office should be- patient focused, honest and sincere. I highly recommend this office.

She is a direct and to-the-point kind of doctor. Some might be taken back by it but it was clear she was making sure I was aware of the pros and cons of the procedure that was recommended. She doesn't sugar coat anything.. which is good, I guess?
