His office staff is amazing and very nice! I NEVER feel rushed, and Dr. Caudill takes time to listen, never appears in a rush, which I greatly appreciate.

Chadwick is nice. Melanie is rude. she hung up on me while i was explaining why i was changing doctors because i felt like they should know and change. I didnt feel like i would survive this pregnancy with this doctor. I didnt get my results the way you think you would get them i had to call just to get the gender and had to accept "normal" as an answer to whether or not i had sickle cell or something worst. I also didnt like the availability. So i found one who is available for me at all hours of the day and any day. She also explains the test results as soon as she gets them not a week after.

I was extremely scared to go into my first appointment today. It's my first pregnancy. The front desk, the nurses, the woman who did my ultrasound... FANTASTIC. They all seemed genuinely excited for me, they all wanted to see the ultrasound photos. Dr. Caudill was totally nice and listened to all of my questions and answered them all...can't say enough about how great it was. They gave me some great informational packets, and a gift bag with prenatal vitamins and Tylenol. I walked in frightened to death, walked out with photos of my ultrasound and feeling SO much better. So many fears alleviated. Very clean, loved it! I saw my baby today! It was magical and amazing!

The time that was taken to explain the importance of getting the examine. Explaining the purpose of having the examine after you reach 50 years of age. Also that if everything checks out you can go for up to three to five years to be re-examined. Just being able to leave it up to the patient to make that decision of course depending on that persons situation.

Dr. Caudill made me feel so comfortable and at ease! I was really nervous about my visit and was having anxiety about discussing my symptoms. Immediately, he put those worries to rest. His helpers kept us informed and we had the option to
reschedule appts. I chose to wait and 'get it over with'.
