The Doctor and nurses are amazing and friendly. Sadly I can’t say the same for their reception staff. If I need to call I have to call way too many times in order for them to answer. If I leave a message they won’t return my call.

I've never had an issue with dr mgbokwere but the new nurse is horrible and rude.
They refused to see me even though I'm out of my prescription. I was told I couldn't be seen till after the 16th. I went online and they had opening as soon as next week. Dont know why I couldn't have one of those appointments seeing as how I'm OUT of my prescriptions. Found a new doctor who has enough time to see existing patients.

We appreciated how the doctor listened to what we had to say. She did not interupt but waited to say or ask us a question after we expeessed our concerns. She knew what we were talking about and suggested what other information we could look up online to further understand our situation. She was very nice, patient and polite. Everything is good but sometimes they take too long to take you in since Doctor M misses mornings or evenings cramming everyone into the am or pm part of the day.. I hope they can speed it up more. I know they will make the proper adjustments, they are pretty good usually and I will go back.
