Dr. Ning is very knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly. She is very much to the point but also very friendly and easy to understand. She was very thorough in talking to us and made sure we understood everything completely before we left. Office staff was attentive, but the nurse who took vitals could've been a little friendlier.

Dr. Cong Ning is a distinguished pediatric endocrinologist practicing at AMG Pediatric Endocrinology. Dr. Ning provides medical expertise to the community of Rockville, MD. She earned her medical degree from the Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science & Technology in China. Further, she completed her Ph.D. at Kanazawa Medical University in Japan. She also completed a residency in pediatrics at the Women & Children's Hospital of Buffalo and a fellowship in pediatric endocrinology at the National Institutes of Health.
Dr. Ning is board-certified in pediatrics and pediatric endocrinology by the American Board of Pediatrics. She has several years of research experience and many publications to her credit. In addition to being a member of the Endocrine Society, she was named a Washingtonian “Top Doctor” in 2008, 2010 and 2012. She has also received the AstraZeneca Diabetes and Metabolism Research Fellow Award.
Dr. Ning is affable and reassuring during her consultations with kids and their parents. Her cheerful nature and a genuinely caring attitude make her patients feel at home.
