Crystal Prizio is now my go-to OBGYN. I loved her- she made the experience so easy, light and she explained EVERYTHING she was going to do and everything while doing it. Her bedside manner was 12/10 absolutely fantastic- overall, a delightful vibe. It was also an educational visit! She answered every question and curiosity I had about my body. I feel so much better after seeing her. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Crystal was hands-down the best medical provider I have ever been seen by. She was clear and informative, she asked a lot of questions and made me feel heard. She explained difficult concepts and medical terms to me. She was extremely kind and welcoming. She always made sure I was comfortable -- something a LOT of doctors and NP's lack.
12/10 recommend her services.

It's hard to imagine giving a 5-star review on a Pap smear but here we are! Crystal was really great, so professional with awesome bedside manner. She's very knowledgeable and answered my questions so clearly and fully. She really listened to me, and she gave very good advice and recommendations - not just "you should do XXX" but "here's the general guidance on XXX and why you should or should not do it. Based on your circumstance I recommend XXX." Crystal empowered me to make the right medical choices for myself and I feel comfortable coming to her with any questions or concerns.

I appreciated that she took the time to listen to all my questions (continuing to ask if I had more questions, so I didn’t feel rushed) and that she clearly explained each part of the appointment. She is an absolute sweetheart and a great listener. She was also helpful with everything from pulling together a list of other doctors that I might find helpful to making sure I could access the doctors by public transportation,
She is very friendly and tries to make you as comfortable as possible. Would definitely recommend her to any and all my friends!

Crystal is so nice and patient. She makes sure to take time reviewing my records before proceeding to the examination part. She also takes time to acknowledges how I feel (mostly anxious about the procedures), and makes me feel super comfortable during the process. She wouldn't push or advance if I don't feel good. She is super friendly as well! I really appreciate her kindness and professionalism. 100% recommend her as my ObGyn NP.
