It was like being a regular at Cheers. Entire staff was so friendly, encouraging (it was my daughter’s first pair of glasses), and fun.

I went in for an eye appointment, the staff was extremely pushy and had me trying on and picking our frames before knowing if I even needed glasses. I have never been so pressured into a purchase before and when I indicated I was uncomfortable with the total, they pushed harder. When I called to cancel the order they first claimed to not have the receipt and would call me back. Never hearing back I tried again that day and they refused to fully refund me despite no specified return policy. Horrible experience.
