Dr. Jassir is a board certified otolaryngologist and sleep medicine physician. Dr. Jassir began his career in 1991 after receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Biology degree from Rollins College in Winter Park, Fl. He then went on to receive his medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine. He later completed one year of general surgery, followed by a four year residency in Otolaryngology at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Fl. Dr. Jassir currently practices in Hollywood, Fl, Pembroke Pines, Fl and Miramar, Fl. In additional to his ENT practice, Dr. Jassir runs a large allergy practice and can provide his patients with allergy evaluations and treatment. He also specializes and treats patients with disorders of sleep. Dr Jassir and his wife Christine share the office together and provide different services. His wife Christine Jassir is a nurse practitioner who received her degree from Duke University. She specializes in facial dermatology and treats a variety of skin conditions which include acne, melasma, rosacea, skin cancers of the face and neck, hair loss, evaluation of skin lesions, and allergic conditions which cause eczema. A variety of aesthetic and anti-aging treatments are also provided.
