From the moment my husband and I arrived for the scheduled appointment we were treated with dignity and respect. The doctor came in instantly apologizing for the wait time. I had to inform the doctor that the wait was not long, but I appreciated her concern. She took her time to explain what our next steps were going to be, what test would be ordered, and the time frame in which it would be done. I initially scheduled with this doctor to be closer to home, but I am so pleased with this doctor it would not matter where she is located.

As a health care provider myself I do understand the challenges you face hiring and retaining good medical assistants and that they are their to guard the doctors from the unnecessary interruptions however having rude, incompetent and disrespectful medical assistants can ruin your reputation.
Dr.Dippal’s office medical assistant were unreachable for days and had such a lazy and indifferent attitude towards my care. I left many messages for the doctor to call me back but I never got one. Even one of her medical assistant hung up the phone while I was still talking.
If this is how this practice is treating a colleague physician I wonder how are other patients are treated.

Dr. Shah was an incredible bedside manner- she as gentle and seemed genuinely interested in everything I had to say, she did detailed testing with a very calm an explanatory energy anf she was kind and knowledgeable. I felt very taken care of and when she explained next steps she asked if that approach was OK with me or if there was any part I wanted to alter or opt out of for any reason. She was focused and took proper time to sit with me and hear all my concerns. 10/10 would recommend and that's saying a lot because I don't enjoy going to the doctor. The front desk staff was also helpful, thorough and kind and the lab tech was funny and professional and gentle.
