My previous appointment with this place went okay for the most part, however, I want to remark it had nothing to do with Dr. Peters; I enjoyed getting to know him, and felt he took the time. However, I just got off the phone with the front desk - I made clear what I was asking.. and somehow, Jennifer decided to get nasty and misunderstand. I didn't bother with correcting her, and just decided I will pursue my issue with another doctor going forward. It is sad, as it seems Dr. Peters accommodates in ways I haven't found otherwise, but I won't be given an attitude in the way I received just now.
Dr. Peters - it would be nice to have a way to contact you (via e-mail), as I know you are flexible and know your schedule best, but the front desk is completely the reason for this review.

Receptionist named “Jen” is extremely rude and unprofessional. Called for a copy of xrays to be sent to another doctor for a second opinion and her answer right away was “thats not going to happen today”. Instead of letting me know first thing that unfortunately Dr. Peter’s is in appointments and is unable yo have it done today will try at another time. Extremely unprofessional and gave me a fake name when I called back and is holding patient information from me. Said she would have Dr. Peters give me a call but I highly doubt she will even relay my message. Do not recommend going to this place. She should not be a receptionist with that attitude. Dr. Peters is great but need to find new employees. She just gave his place a -1 star for me.

I am writing this review on behalf of my mom who is 84 yrs old. She came home raving about her experience. She said the doctor took time with her, examining her diabetic feet closely, identifying issues she didn’t know she had. He even has an in office Doppler machine and checked her arterial blood flow. She really appreciated that and he pared her corn. Great experience!

Dr. Peters and his staff were LOVELY. I felt understood and well taken care of. It did take a little time but he is literally seeing everyone himself and giving them the attention they need so it was completely understandable and worth the wait! He did everything he could to pinpoint the root of the issue I was having & I knew he would figure it out. & he did! I learned so much from conversing with him and feel good that I now have some place to go if ever I have any issues. He is a wonderful doctor and I am grateful.

My visit with Dr. Peters was very comprehensive. He's old school thorough. He wanted to know about any joint issues/muscle imbalance/health concern that would affect my feet or his diagnosis. While he asked many questions, he listed to all my concerns and addressed my questions. After a full examination (over an hour), heh gave me a detailed explanation of my issues and options. It is true, I did wait a considerable amount of time in the waiting room but after meeting with him, it was worth the wait. I've seen other podiatrist's and I was in and out 15 minutes, but didn't resolve my issues. Dr. Pete is excellent.

Dr. Peters is an awesome podiatrist. Yes, its true that you will have to wait a bit longer for your appt, but it is worth the wait. I had a serious foot injury that took a lot of the doctors time. Instead of asking me to come back when he had more time for my injury, this doctor took care of me between other patients. He did not rush me, he was thorough and he was the first doctor to actually help me. I am continuing my care with him.

Duringthe previous visit, I was concerned about being sold something that's was proven to be expensive and useless. Today was my two weeks followup. The Dr. sat and explained to me exactly how the pain from my runner's foot develops and explained in details about how the injury oocurs and the various measures and strecthes that should be taken to alleviate the issue, surgury being that last option. He let me try on a pair of foot support and I felt a real difference as soon as I put on my sneakers. For the first time since I've suffered from the injury, I feel like I finally found a doctor who cares about me more than what my insurance covers or how much money he can make. Great staff and great bedside manner . I can start back my long distance walking again.

The receptoinist was very nice and professional. Not sure why you have to buzz to get into the place and knock one you enter the place. Strange! The doctor was nice and very knowledgeable. He showed me the bone spur in my foot that causes my runner's foot issues. Now the only thing that will make me consider going back to him in the future is on the follow-up, he doesn't try to sale me something unecessay not covered by insurance.
