Never booking again. I booked an appointment for 12:45 PM. At 12:45 I called her, no answer. She called back 5
minutes later, clearly unorganized and unprepared, told me to wait 5 more minutes and she would send a link. 20 MINUTES LATER I had to text her to ask about the zoom link, and she finally sent it. When we joined the meeting, she was distracted. She was talking to people in the office while I was describing my symptoms. She even TOOK A PHONE CALL during the appt. I literally thought I had her muted accidentally for 3 minutes straight until she finally was unmuted and shamelessly snapped at me “The phone call muted the zoom audio” I did not feel like a priority whatsoever. She was extremely rude, judgmental, had absolutely zero compassion or sympathy. Best part- after the meeting I texted her saying that I would not be booking a follow up because I didn’t feel like a priority due to her taking calls etc. She CANCELLED my prescriptions at the pharmacy! Unprofessional and petty.
