Completely unexpected thoroughness. The doctor is an incredible listener and didn’t rush through collecting my history. Again, I wasn’t expecting such thoroughness. In my experience, most of the time it feels like you’re on a maximum 10 min time limit when you engage with the doctor. Very pleasant experience!

I’ve been going to Doctor Florence Odubayo for the past few years this is my first time using Zocdoc for a virtual appointment it was an amazing experience like always with the Doctor. She is very caring, Knowledgeable, knows what she is doing, takes time to listen, and has compassion, I highly recommend Doctor Florence Odubayo, I promise you will never ever be disappointed, and she will take care of you, we need more doctors like her in this world. The office staff are always are warm and welcoming, and what ever time is your appointment that’s the time you will be seems, there is no double or triple booking where you have to wait long like at other offices, I appreciate Doctor Florence Odubayo and am blessed to have found such an amazing Doctor, that has stuck with me thru my bumpy health ride.

I went to this provider because I was set on working with a black woman. I was ordered to get blood tests, completed the test and had an appointment to discuss my results. It was at the appointment I was told LabCorp incorrectly completed my blood tests. I was then told I would not have to make an appointment to receive my next results. However, I still did have to make an appointment just to be told a follow up blood test was needed. Made the blood test appointment and got the results and was told I needed another appointment just to confirm what I was already aware of being the issue. This provider is much more worried about a check then she is about a patient's immediate health.
