Initially I was hesitant and irritated because of the wait. However, upon meeting Dr. Kassam I was put at ease. She listened to my concerns and responded accordingly. Although yearly exams can be a pain, Dr. Kassam made it seem easy. I would definitely go back.

I absolutely love Dr. Kassam and it was very thorough for a gyn exam (listened to heart, palpated abdomen, did the neck/swallow thingy, urine test, and of course the standard gyn stuff. She was very personable too. My only complaint was I was seen a tad over an hour past my appt time, but she did apologize. I will return as needed.
