“I am very happy to be a patient of Heather Herbst's. However, I am also very happy to be relocating to another office. My visit was for 10:15 am. I checked in at 9:55, but was not seen until almost 11:30. I asked the desk if Heather was in because of how long I had been waiting. They assured me she was and said that she only has one room for that day, and was in with a patient. I wanted to reschedule, but she had nothing for when I was available. So I stayed. It would've been nice if ONE of the 4 women at the desk had let me know that she was running behind. They never communicated that to me. Boo on their end. I think they should have more communication with the patients in yhe waiting room. Totally uncalled for waiting that long! So happy to be following Heather to her new location ”
