Heather grew up in Pagosa Springs, Colorado. She earned a bachelor’s degree in cellular and molecular biology from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado. She then received her master’s degree in physician assistant studies from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas.
"I value a collaborative approach and encourage patients to become active partners in their medical care. Open communication and mutual respect are key to building relationships with patients to better their health. I believe in providing comprehensive and compassionate care, and I am dedicated to helping my patients achieve total well-being. I strive to empower patients to become healthier and happier individuals."
In her free time, Heather enjoys outdoor activities such as camping, hiking and backpacking with her husband and black lab.

Dr. Nobles was amazing. Got in for an appointment the day of, had no wait even though I showed up early, and she helped me with a realistic treatment plan for my anxiety taking into account my needs and budget.
