The doctor's office was perhaps one of the least personable experiences of my life. Upon entering, you're immediately greeted with the same type of color scheme and customer service you'd expect to find at a Blockbuster, not a doctor's office. An in and out mentality is assumed by the staff, with a level of brusque nonchalance indicated in patient interaction. It did not have an air of professionalism or reassuring bedside manner, but many pamphlets and promotional materials related to their brand strewn throughout the office. Easily one of the worst medical experiences of my life.

She is very personal and friendly. I felt very comfortable during my "Women's Wellness" exam. The entire visit was fast and easy I will go back if needed.

This place was so unprofessional!! Not accommodating. Dirty waiting room. Staff was rude! The set up was very uncomfortable. Not like other doctor offices. I would never recommend anyone to go to this place. Reminded me of a border clinic....

She has a wonderful sense off humor and immediately made me feel at ease! I shared something and she made me laugh!!! I loved her...she also helped me get some tests in before my insurance ran out... Amazing doctor I've waited for my whole for!!!

She did not spend more than 30 seconds in the room with me. I had several concerns I wanted to talk about and she automatically resorted to making me a referral which she didn't even bring to me herself, she had her nurse bring it in. I was extremely disappointed and have never experienced a doctor who did not care. I will never recommend this doctor to anyone.

She is by far one of the best doctors ive had. She is very informative and actually wants to help. She is patient and you dont feel like she just trying to rush.

She creates a comfortable atmosphere and listens to patient concerns/needs. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Clinic staff member that assisted me might benefit from some training in presentation towards patients. Although not rude, it seemed like s/he did not want to be there.

Our visit was very short because she decided she wanted to run some tests first that couldn't be done that day. She was very down-to-earth and personable though. My first impression is that I am going to like her.

I was able to make a same day appointment so I don't blame the wait time on the office at all. Dr. Pragit was very understanding, took the time needed and truly wanted to help. Her nurse who took vitals was very nice as well. Great office!
