I recently moved to the Scottsdale area and have had troubles trying to find a helpful physician to use for my primary care needs. I had heard great things about Camelback Healthcare and thought I would try them out. Dr. Saunders was extremely helpful and had one of the best bed-side manners of any physician I've had. I've only seen her once but would 100% recommend her for someone looking for a new doctor. She explained every test she performed, answered all my questions, and provided additional feedback to my health needs.

I went in for my annual physical and wanted to address my sleep issues, i had also mentioned I wanted to discuss my anxiety concerns as well. My blood pressure was elevated because I’m in a brand new doctors office speaking with a stranger in a new place and I ended up being prescribed blood pressure medication and not being even spoken to about my anxiety/depression. Apparently I’m going to have to follow up on those concerns in two weeks when I go back for my next appointment.

I was disappointed in this facilities seeming unwillingness to help with my issues. I was told that they refuse to prescribe any sort of weight loss drugs of any kind because they have a weight loss program, which is not covered by insurance. I was also told that they do not provide any sort of mental health referrals as a rule. My girlfriend has an as-needed prescription for an antibiotic from a previous doctor that they also refused to fill. My overall impression is that this facility seems to have a lot of opinions about your healthcare and it's their way or the highway. Not exactly inviting..

When I was looking for a new PCP, I'd hoped to find someone who would take all of my existing health conditions into account. Today, Dr. Saunders showed me that that's exactly the kind of care she offers. She made me feel like I was the only patient in the world and that I was all that mattered to her in the fifteen minutes we spent together.

Dr. Saunders always asks appropriate questions regarding my health. She is an excellent listener and always has excellent guidance we regard to my well being. I followed Dr. Saunders when she left FHFP. Previously, my driving time was 5 minutes; now it is 45 minutes. That should tell you something!

The staff is very nice and professional. The medical assistance was just as great. The wait was a little longer than expected. But, when you see the doctor she gives you the time you need to discuss your health. She seems to really care and addressed all my health concerns. There are not too many doctors our there like Dr. Saunders. I will be staying with this doctor. .

I switched Dr's and was a new patient with Dr. Saunders, she was so pleasant and inviting, I was immediately comfortable and happy with my decision chosing her as my new MD. She was very knowledgeable and helpful giving great advice. I would highly recommend her!

Dr Saunders was very professional and efficient. I enjoyed being attended by her, and will definitely see her again. However the Reception staff was rude and impatient. I was handed over ( almost thrown through the window of reception ) with poor manners a questionnaire to be filled which I did. The two receptionist were talking about personal matter between themselves, and complaining about the amount of paper work they had to deal with.
Personally I felt they were unprofessional. If they do not want to work in this Health Office, then perhaps they should stay away and look for a different type of work. Receptionists are the first persons you meet, and it creates a bad feeling about the place.
