With computers down the staff went above and beyond as I travel a lot with job and making another appointment would have been a hardship as my job gets to end of year machine installations around the country and Canada ....and that is greatly appreciated

I’ve been to more than my fair share of doctors and I have to say dr Beal is always welcoming and has the patience of a saint. I never feel rushed and he checks everything throughly. I think due to this his treatments work on the first try. Unlike others that rather go through all the prescribed treatments until something works, dr Beal goes over what he wants to do to ensure you can do it.

Overall really good. Doctor was professional and answered all of my concerns. Office staff needs work; had issues with using computers and generally seemed overwhelmed despite my being the only patient in the office during my time there. Doctor was 10/10, office was 2/10.

I have never been treated like the way I was treated when I went to this doctors office. The receptionist was rude and nasty to me because I was a new patient and that I booked the appt on zocdoc. If they dont like getting appts that way they shouldnt be connected with that app. The receptionist was not welcoming and did not even say hello all she did was bark at me and ask me if I was new. I felt very uncomfortable. I was about to leave but I took off work to go to the dr and get medicine. I had hardly any voice and felt really bad. She then preceeded to tell the nurse loud enough for me to hear that Im a snotty little thing. I will not be going back to this office due to the nastyness of this receptionist. I felt the doctor was so nice and very welcoming and its sad that he has a receptionist that treats people like this.

First and most importantly, Dr. Beal had great bedside manner. He took his time with me and was very interested in getting to know me and my concerns. The woman at the front desk was a little hard to take at first because she was not thrilled about the fact that I made the appointment through ZocDoc - apparently they have problems with it at this office and she told me next time to call instead. I wondered why they are still active on ZocDoc if they have problems with it. Anyway, after we got that cleared up, she also was very interested in getting to know me. Overall - don't know if you should book an appointment with this doctor through ZocDoc since they don't seem to appreciate it. Instead, call the office. The doctor is very nice and caring so it is worth it.

The office staff was nice. Doctor was excellent . But scheduling thru this site screwed up the entire day schedule and extremely disappointed. Will never use this app again!
