Dr. Sorensen treated me like I was a one of his long time patients.. This was my first visit with him. He was very thorough and professional. He also treated me like we've known each other for a long time. I am very picky about doctors and how they make me feel comfortable. This first time visit was very much what I wanted it to be. I would highly recommend Dr. Sorensen to anyone.

Dr. Sorensen grew up in Littleton, Colorado. He earned a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry and his medical degree from the University of Colorado in Boulder. He also spent four years Active Duty in the Army, four years in the Colorado National Guard, seven years in the Navy Reserve, and four years Active Duty in the Navy. Watching his mother work as a nurse, Dr. Sorensen gained interest in medicine and caring for other people. After spending time as a Combat Medic in the Army prior to college, he knew he wanted to devote his life to medicine.
“I value learning about my patients and their diseases. I believe most illnesses can be treated with lifestyle changes (diet, exercise, and self-care). Medications can and should be used in addition when indicated. Preventive care is essential for anyone’s well-being.”
Dr. Sorensen’s areas of clinical interests include musculoskeletal care, dermatology, minor procedures, joint injections, pediatrics, and adult care. “I find most joy in work from finding the answer to a patient’s complicated or challenging disease, as well as working with patients to generate a care plan that they can buy into.” Dr. Sorensen is also a mentor for medical students and enjoys instructing the next generation of doctors.
When he is not at work, Dr. Sorensen enjoys spending time with family, playing ice hockey, volleyball, golf, hiking, fishing, and any exercise he can get. He and his wife love to travel and he is also an avid homebrewer.

Don't tell the doctor if you smoke weed he will not provide you with any kind of meds even if you have been taking that med for over ten years. He was a waste of time and money I would not recommend him to anyone.

Is intelligent, sensitive, communicates clearly, and I immediately felt comfortable and felt like I had found a partner in my health journey. Highly recommend. Also less important but the office is immaculate and extremely modern.

Finding a new doctor is always nerve-racking. Nothing makes me happier than to say that I found the BEST one in Dr. Sorensen. The office is bright, clean and comfortable. The front-desk staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Dr. Sorensen was prompt and made me feel like I was his only patient of the day. Can't recommend highly enough.

Super friendly and professional staff had me checked in with someone calling me back to the exam room before I even finished the paperwork , they let me finish the paperwork while I asked the general questions and the doctor was in to see me in no time with great advice for the current first time visit . We made a solid plan to address my top 3 concerns which I’m excited to be finally addressing with someone I feel confident in their expertise.
