I decided I wanted to be a doctor when I was six years old, and never changed my mind. I chose pediatrics because I knew I wanted to care for children. Its so nice working with children because they engage with you. I also love working with parents because I know that parents will do anything for their children.
My work is exciting because every family is different. I love being an integral part of the families I take care of. I find out what parents goals are for their children and help them get there by providing tools they can use to achieve those goals, and working with them collaboratively.
It takes a village to raise kids. I love what I do, and even when my own kids are grown up, Ill continue to do it, because its a rewarding thing to get up and do every day. This is where my heart is.

Dr. Griswold has been our primary care physician for nearly 12 years. She is gentle and compassionate. I could not ask for a better pediatrician for our children.
