...unpleasant experience as I followed everything required of me. I was early to my virtual appointment...my internet connection and video camera quality was great. I was well prepared with questions I wanted to ask.
Unfortunately, after 20 minutes of waiting I had to call the office to inquire about the wait. After 20 more minutes, I was still the only one in my virtual room.
I understand wait times, but please respect my time as much as I respect your time. If you are still seeing a patient 40 minutes into another appointment that’s just ridiculous. You need to have them schedule for a follow-up after 10-15 minutes. I didn’t get to ask my questions.
