My experience at Dr. Silverman's office was excellent. Office staff were prompt and efficient, and his assistant, Choy/Choi, who did the breath testing was capable, kind and a great cheerleader for good breathing. The doctor himself was kind and careful. He listened and communicated clearly. Overall, it was a fine experience.

Dr. Silverman has helped me for a number of years with bronchitis, prescribing medication and recommending strategies to reduce coughing. He is an intelligent and empathetic physician.

Made an appointment. Showed up on time, for the secretary at the desk to tell me that someone called me to cancel the appt because there was an emergency. I never received a phone call. I had no missed calls nor messages in my call log. I wasted my afternoon, battling pneumonia, to see the doctor only to turn around and come back home. Unacceptable.
