The doctor spent over 30 minutes with me which is amazing these days, where most doctors are herding you out the door at the 5 minute mark. He seemed to really care and even though I was his last appointment of the day he took the time to properly assess me. Nice man, a good doctor.
So happy I found this doctor. Knows his stuff. Immediate diagnosis for symptoms I have had for years yet no one else picked up on them. Looking forward to my next visit.

Great experience! Dr. Ashkar was very thorough and expressed great care. He took his time which is a relief compared to other doctors who rush you out. He answered all of our questions! Also he seems like a genuine person, which is the most important characteristics a doctor can have...aside from knowing what they're doing!

Excelente Dr.

One of the best doctors I've ever seen, hands down. Thorough testing of my lungs on my first appointment to assess my asthma (done by the PA, who was also great). Doctor himself was knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. Would have made him my PCP permanently if it weren't for moving out of state.
Verified patient
Professional, great bedside manners, thorough, and informative. Dr. Ashkar has excellent interpersonal skills. I highly recommend him.

Verified patient
He is an amazing doctor. I've had asthma for years and he's by far the best doctor I've seen about it. Actually listens and doesn't just want to write you a script and get you out of there in 5 minutes.
A pleasant experience
It was very good.

Verified patient
The doctor was very good and very professional. Unfortunately, the wait time over came my like for Dr. Ashkar, it was 3 hours long! My appointment was at 5:15 and i did not leave there till 8. They also kept moving me room to room to room which was frustrating as well.
The doctor was nice and easy to talk to, however my experience was awkward. I went for my annual physical, was told I needed to also get blood work, and additional testing done; the additional tests were not required, but the doctor wanted to be thorough. I ended up with additional co-pay charges.
Verified patient
He was very good and I feel comfortable.
Verified patient

He was definitely very thorough. And he made sure to ask me all the questions, and seem to care about my health. Great doctor!
Doctor didn't rush me, answered my questions and saw me quickly. I would definitely go back as well as recommend others to go.
