Jonathan Cyphers has been with us for over four years now. Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, he has earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology from Portland St University and is a graduate of the Physician Assistant program at the University of Washington. Jonathan has also served as a medic for 12 years in the Oregon Army National Guard. When he’s not working he enjoys playing and watching football and basketball, reading a good book, and most of all spending time with his wife and his two sons. Jonathan is eager to assist you with all of your clinical and cosmetic dermatologic needs.

Jonathan was fantastic. We talked football. He immediately identified and treated my issue. I kinda wish I had more issues just so I could go back again.

I have been visiting this office for an accutane prescription for the past 4 months, and every single month has had complications in me actually getting my prescription. My first visit they didnt have paperwork in english so I had to fill out the spanish forms (I speak just enough to understand this form) and the follow up appointment they didnt have any record of of the previous visit, so they wanted me to wait a additional month to go on the medication. I had to tell two different nurses I had been there before. The next time I came in they changed my doctor without telling me and I thought they had sent someone into the wrong room, because again, there was no record of me being there before and they didnt realize Id already been taking the medication for a month. There is always an issue with the prescription they send to the pharmacy. Every. Single. Time. And its never the same issue! No expiration date on the prescription, not confirming the visit in ipledge, sending 3 prescriptions to the same pharmacy in one day so the pharmacy needs authorization that its not an error, not returning my calls requesting they confirm me in the system, sending the prescription to the wrong pharmacy....the list goes on. If your time is valuable and you dont want to undergo a logistical nightmare every time you need something, go somewhere else.
