Dr. Bistricer is wonderful. He took the time to help me find exactly what I needed with my contacts, honing until we got the exact right prescription. He has a lot of options in-office. The staff is wonderful. A+ all around!

Overall a quick and easy trip but it was kind of unpleasant because there was a strong odor in the room. He was however pleasant and nice but I can't deal with strong odors that well. They've moved their office since so it's hopefully better. The Rx comes handwritten which I find a little outdated and hard to read. Make sure the person writing out your Rx has neat handwriting!

fast and easy! got my contact prescription, which was primarily why I went, but I didn't think to ask about my PD measurement for updating my glasses and it isn't on my prescription. Otherwise an ideal, in and out experience!

Everyone who works there was extremely helpful. The doctor took his time with me and was precise and honest. The lovely women in the front was so patient with me when I was trying on different frames and couldn't make a decision. Really great environment!

The doctor was super knowledgeable and helpful and I felt like he went above and beyond to help. Also the front desk agent was amazing, helping with insurance questions, procedure questions, etc.

The Dr. was great but the sales staff was trying to sell me $$$ glasses - when all I wanted was the free pair covered by insurance that I was eligible for. After a lot of calls to my health insurance, I went back got back the "deposit" I had paid and for my free glasses.

I had a great appointment with Dr. Bistricer! My one complaint is with the receptionist. Despite saying multiple times that I wasn't going to purchase contacts and that I understood that choice would increase the cost of my appointment, I felt like she was continually trying to upsell me. Additionally I also had to ask her for a copy of my prescription and she seemed surprised by that request which seemed odd to me.

They tried to sell me the highest frames and wouldn't let me leave without signing me up for a payment plan. I walked out and have to get yet another eye exam.

Although he was polite during the appointment, I was highly turned off by how the doctor practiced. His waits were unacceptable and mid appointment, he left me to open mail for 15 mins. He also stepped away to answer calls. I felt he didn't explain questions I had, and brushed me off. The support staff was very kind, which would be my only reason to return. Very disappointed in the experience as a whole.

Dr. Bisticer was great and super knowledgable. The rest of his staff was pretty awesome as well, although, the frames may be more fashionable and cheaper elsewhere. I didn't care too much since I found a pair that I liked that didn't kill my pockets. Overall, fantastic experience.

He's in a glasses shop and has the people up front doing the paperwork. They did try to pressure me into buying glasses from them and the guy I worked with kept on forgetting what I was there for. The doctor was professional and quick, although the office was cluttered and not the cleanest I've been in.

This was my first time seeing an eye doctor. My appointment was set for 5pm. I wasn't seen until 6:15. There was only one receptionist who was multitasking and had a difficult time focusing but she did her best. Most of clients seen are upper class elderly so conversations between the dr and receptionist took time. By the time I was seen I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Nothing was explained clearly to me and he seemed to be in a rush with me. I was only told that I need glasses with no further information. I would have to go to another eye doctor to get a second opinion.

The sales tactics for the contacts I was buying were very sleazy. I feel I was overcharged for contacts and the visit (I have insurance which should've covered the majority of it), and then, when I went back to pick up the contacts, they had the wrong prescription. I was the one who noticed that the prescription was wrong. It then took over another week for the contacts to be delivered. They did give me a few spare contacts but it was still frustrating that they hadn't taken the minimal amount of effort it takes to double check that the contacts they received matched the prescription.

Dr. Bistricer was very professional, soft-spoken but personable. He was available to see me promptly and gave me a prescription that I could use there or take with me. His front of house staff was knowledgeable and helped locate my insurance coverage. Overall positive experience.

Dr. would not provide complete information so I could order my glasses from an online provider. I had to go to a different doc to get the missing information. That doc said the only reason she could think of for not providing me with this information was that the original doc did not want me to purchase glasses from somewhere else.
Dr. Bistricer was very nice and able to fit me for a tricky contact Rx however, the gentleman that did the Rx wrote it down wrong and was rude when trying to get complete information to order elsewhere.
