The only issue I had wasn't with the Dr's office, but rather with Zocdoc. When I showed up for the appointment they showed no record of me having an appointment for today. I am not sure why because I got 2 emails from Zocdoc confirming my appointment, as well as one reminding me of the appointment. Just wanted to inform you of your mistake. Thank you.

I am glad I made this choice. She was patient, and made me feel comfortable. You can tell that she cares about you as a person not just another patient, by the questions she asked and concern she showed. I have been looking for a good Doc for a while now and I am glad I found one.

She addressed all my issues and I had a long long list! She was very patient with me and listened and gave me some great advise. She did not rush me and spent a good 30 min with me! I felt very comfortable with her! Very happy!!!

Dr. Norley is warm, friendly, and sensitive to your needs. Appreciated her care and her attentive listening - she's lovely. Very pleased that I've found a great doctor.

She is always so friendly, so attentive and very thorough. She makes the patient feel like they are extremely important to her and I have no doubt that I am in excellent hands; she also seems to be excellent at referrals as well.

This was my first visit with Dr. Norley. She was very thorough which is important to me. Dr. Norley went over all of my medical history and asked pertinent questions. I am recovering from an A-typical pneumonia and she agreed with me that my first round of antibiotics was not sufficient. While antibiotics can be over prescribed some physicians are so fearful of using them now that sometimes they don't use them or use them long enough until the patient is well. My former Dr. was like that. She was very kind and I now think that the other positive reviews that I had read were accurate.

Dr. Julie was very professional. She ask a lot of questions concerning my issue. I felt that she took the time and gave me lots of information that was very helpful. Just coming to the valley for the winter months we didn't have a doctor so I am very pleased to have found her. She also looked my medical history which I thought was great. I would highly recommend her. My husband to will go to her if he needs medical treatment.

I think she is a very competent, caring and kind doctor. I was very upset & scared about the pain I was having, and she gave me a very thorough, yet still gentle, exam. She made a treatment recommendation I'd never heard of, but I trusted her judgement and took the treatment. As a result, I was up and walking in hours, even though I had come in barely able to move. I am very grateful to have found her!

Dr. Norley was incredibly kind and was an amazing listener. I was a new patient and she spent as much time as it took to go through my full medical history to make sure she fully understand me and my health. I came in for a common cold, but I'm leaving with a new primary care doctor!

I though Dr. Norley was an exceptional physician. When looking for a primary care doctor you want someone who is going to give you sufficient time to go over your medical past, then have a dialogue with you about your treatment, and then is going to wrap it up with a well rounded summary of what you should be doing to get better and what possibilities are available to you. Dr. Norley is that doctor, and if you are looking on this page you probably want someone who is exactly like her.

I have a chronic condition which makes me tour all sorts of doctors in various places to compare inevitably and she's one of the best physicians I have ever met. She is not rushed at all, examines me thoroughly asking a lot of questions to make sure she does not miss anything. She's gentle and professional and I felt confident that I was seeing a right person to talk about my issues. Nurses were also very professional,kind and unobtrusively friendly. I will definitely see her again as my primary physician.

The office is out of touch with today's world. No e-mails, no electronic communication and they insist on doing things the old fashion way, by phone. I damn near rolled over when I heard they were calling my prescription in as they have no other method if communication with the pharmacy. Who does that?
