Do not bother with ZocDoc, the office doesn't use it. Care was great, everything else was kind but slow. they didn't have any record of my appointment or of the forms I filled out online. Again, care was solid, but I had to wait a few hours even after seeing an appointment. also, be careful, they are severely overbooking and the waiting room is tightly packed, definitely a COVID hot bed.

the wait times are insane, they are never on time with your appt; the receptionists make you feel awkward and like you are bothering them if you have any questions; the Dr is very sweet but seems a little behind on the times on newest treatment options; and is very conservative in her plan, making any progress a slow slow process

I wish all doctors and appointments went as great as this one did! As a 1st time patient there I was very impressed by Dr. Mackler and her team that were in the exam room. She was very friendly and attentive to everything I had to say. Her nurse/assistant was taking the notes and as the Dr prescribed my medicine, the asst was sending the prescription to my pharmacy instantly! There were all great and friendly! I will definitely recommend her!!!!

Not very helpful at all. She seemed to be in a rush, greatly downplayed my condition, and couldn’t be bothered to answer a few of my questions. She genuinely did not seem interested in helping me get better...I understand people have long days and hard patients and tried to be as polite and forthcoming as possible, but she was not at all interested in helping.

This office is insanely rude to anyone who schedules with Zocdoc. I was told that my 9:30 appointment was moved because someone else called and scheduled a 9:30 appointment weeks ago. So... apparently they just don’t want anyone using Zocdoc. Good luck catching the receptionist in a good mood. I even apologized if I was a bit cranky in our phone call and she made a huge scene and gave me a lecture about not taking it out on people... are you kidding me? And when I asked how late they were running, she just acted totally exasperated and said she has no idea and no way of knowing, as though I was the biggest annoyance. Entirely unprofessional and not worth the time for the ineffective treatment I received in the end.

She was an okay doctor. I felt as if she did not really listen to my concerns and told me scars went away on their own, despite me saying they have been there for 10+ years and made me feel self conscious. I am now going to see a new dermatologist

Dr. Mackler is a very caring and thorough doctor! She explains everything so well and will not let you leave the office until you’re satisfied with understanding anything she stated and feel reassured. She was very sweet and the wait was very short!
