I cannot recommend Dr. Monegro highly enough! I feel seen, heard and at ease at each visit. She pinpoints her technique to the issue, whether it’s a particular pain, ache or generalized issue. I’ve seen her for shoulder pain, hip tightness and stress/emotional blockages. Her treatment,
feedback and recommendations have helped me better attune to my body and take better care of it.

Dr. Monegro is absolutely amazing! When I first went to her, I was just one big ball of stress and pain! She is so patient and intuitive, I feel calmer and healthier thanks to her. Not only do I leave sessions with her feeling more relaxed but also, because she takes the time to answer questions and teach me stretches and exercises I can practice at home, I feel that my overall quality of life has improved greatly. I have been able to understand my body better thanks to Dr. Monegro and I look forward to every session I have with her. She definitely changed my life for the better!

Dr. Karina is an intuitive chiropractor that has experience as a holistic practitioner who takes an energy-producing approach to align the mind, body, and spirit. I was seen immediately after finishing my paperwork and after I met with Dr. Monegro I had none of the pain I experienced when I first walked in for my appointment. She was patient and very good at explaining stretches that I can do on my own when I feel aches and pains. Would definitely recommend her!

This was my first visit with Dr. Monegro. She took her time to explain what she felt was wrong with me and spent a good amount of time, working on the parts that were in need of attention. First time going to a chiropractor and it was great! Back is not miraculously fixed, but I didn’t expect it to be. Everything was wonderful and Sharon at the desk was so nice! Dr. Karina explained everything to me and let me know what was going on with my back, showed me what stretches to do, and stretched+cracked+massaged my trigger points. Will be returning!

Doctor is super nice! Very accommodating. I was so afraid to get adjusted being that it was my first time seeing a chiropractor but she put me at ease. She did a great job adjusting my upper back (where I was feeling a lot of pain from stress) and afterwards my pain was gone!! :)

Dr. Monegro took time and made me understand my problem in a way that I could understand, she was very knowledgeable. I felt better in just a few sessions. During my first visit, she also recommended certain changes that I needed to make in my lifestyle for speeding up my recovery. She was very professional and helpful.

Awesome chiropractor! I must admit I was a little skeptical about seeing a chiropractor but I am glad I did. She acknowledgeable and nice and made me feel comfortable throughout our session. After just one visit I felt relief on my back and better shoulder stability. I would recommend Dr. Monegro, especially if you have never seen a chiropractor before and are a little nervous.

I have lower back after straining my back and a friend recommended Dr. Monegro and I am so happy she did. She addressed my concerns and was friendly and attentive throughout my visit. She has a gentle touch and I have to say my back pain has gotten much better. I would recommend her without hesitation.

Very happy with my visit! I was a little nervous because I have never been to a chiropractor before but I was pleasantly surprised. The doctor was friendly and made me feel at ease. She was very thorough with her exam and asked me questions before we began. I had a great first experience and will definitely return for future treatment.
