Dr. Danowski and her staff were absolutely excellent. The staff listened, understood, and came to an accurate diagnosis for my skin condition. In addition to the prescription I got, they also provided actionable next steps and some additional over the counter medicines that I could use if needed. The office is easy to get to and has lots of parking around the back. I also appreciated the line of blue floor tiles leading to the exit, as doctors offices can be hard to navigate.

I couldn’t find a dermatologist that accepted my insurance or could see me right away. Then I found this one on zocdoc. I only had to wait a week for my appointment. When I got there I checked in at the front and was called back not even 2 minutes later. My doc was great she listened to all of my concerns and checked my problem for me diagnosed it and then prescribed me some medicine. The medicine has been working really good so far and im very grateful I was able to find this dermatologist.

Disappointed with this visit. The doctor said she couldn’t remove my dermatofibroma, gave no alternatives, and couldn’t recommend a plastic surgeon. After doing my own research, I found that many dermatologists do remove them—no plastic surgeon needed. I left with no guidance and no solutions. A waste of time—and my copay.

I tried to book an appointment. Then the day before the staff reached out to let me know that the appointment was not available and automatically rescheduled me. Then maybe 2-5 minutes later I responded that I cannot make that new appointment time. The day of the appointment I get a message saying I missed my appointment. 3 days later they responded that they canceled my appointment somehow? Then asked me a better time to reschedule. 3 days later again they respond with appointments the next day. I responded that I could make one then not too soon after I realized I couldn’t. They again did not respond until 3 days later and I received another missed appointment message. I then scheduled myself in the app and ended up running 10mins late. The operator said it was okay to just make sure I’m not there more than 15mins late. Then when I get there 10mins late, the receptionist laughed at me and said “omg you are so late, I can’t schedule you with this provider anymore”. So now I’m done gl.

Dr. Danowski was a pleasure to see. She was professional, caring and very compassionate in a situation that others have used to embarrass me in the past. She truly cared about me and I finally can get better with the right medications. One medication needed to be pre authorized and she took the time from her busy schedule to do that after the fact. My appointment was quick and easy. I was able to have a bump on my back removed & biopsied. The doctor seemed concerned about what I was going through and the hassle the bump was causing me. She also had a general idea of what it was. That helped me be able to look up information on it.
