She was very nice but didn't ask a lot of questions. Her staff informed me that I couldn't be seen for more than one reason in the same visit! That was very disappointing since I have a very busy schedule and don't have time to make more than one appointment.

I think she was great and very helpful. She seemed interested in helping me. The receptionist was also kind and helpful. Great place!

I went to Dr. Heatly because she was near by and her reviews were rather good. However, her staff is beyond less than satisfactory. Also, she is only affiliated with Tomball Hospital so if you have to go to another one she will not come to see you nor will she really respond to any requests from other hospitals. Another big problem I have with her office is that there is no in-house lab, so anytime you have to have any blood work done you have to go to another clinic, pay your co-pay then wait at least 2 weeks before the doctor gets the results.
This is all topped off with the fact that the woman that works the front desk (usually) is rather rude, inconsiderate, non health-conscious, unprofessional and just plain mean sometimes.
I would never recommend Dr. Heatly or her office.

Dr. Heatly is a wonderful doctor who addressed all of my concerns and explored with me, without rushing, about options for further care. The office is clean with an inviting staff and helpful sign-in, sign-out procedures are in place. I couldn't have asked for a better experience in a doctor's office. I highly recommend Dr. Heatly for any and all healthcare needs.

I have seen Dr. Heatly twice now. She is friendly and relaxed, and she does take time to ask followup questions if she is unclear about anything, which I appreciate. My only caveat is that she will choose medicines that do not have a generic available without notifying first. Still, she has not chosen something so far out of my range as to be impossible to purchase.

I would probably recommend Dr. Heatly to others based on my first meeting with her. When I called to schedule/confirm the appointment (scheduling a time on here does not guarantee that the time slot is actually available due to them operating 2 different scheduling systems, heads up), I was assured that they have an appointment time guarantee. I was taken back 15 minutes after my appointment time, which I was not impressed with.
Dr. Heatly is very nice, seems knowledgeable, but she doesn't give off "extremely warm" vibes. Not to say that she is cold, at all, and perhaps we just have to build a rapport with one another, but I still felt just a tad tense while speaking with her. Again, I would probably recommend her, but to have a real opinion, I need more than one appt to go off of.

Doctor was knowledgeable in current drugs. Up to date with medical procedures. She ordered my new prescription before I even left the office. She was very quick and very efficient.

She was very nice and the staff was fairly nice. The office is just a bit dis-organized and what really sucks is there's no lab at the office, so any testing has to be done at a lab, and another fee.

I think the visit went very well and I got to ask question and let her know the problems that I was having, we talked about them. I forgot to bring her the name of my medication that I was taking. She looked up my presription records and found and call it in for me..Yea! My kind of Doctor....:D

Dr. Heatly has been mine and my family's doctor since she has moved to the area, I also had the pleasure to work with her for a short while. We love her, she is very personable, very straight to the point. Doesn't leave you hanging on any issues and very easy to talk to. She will answer any questions you have and doesn't rush out. She gives each of her patients the time they deserve and need. She is very concerned about your health and willing to help any time.

Not too impressed. Was sent to have blood drawn for tests. That was 5 days ago. I am still having symptons and Dr.Heatly has not gotten back with me despite me calling to check on the results.
