Dr. DeJesus is a podiatric surgeon with extensive training and experience in elective and reconstructive surgery of the foot and ankle. Her expertise includes wound care, diabetic foot, bunion deformities, sports medicine, trauma, and functional orthotics. Dr. DeJesus completed a 4-year surgical residency in NYC at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center, An Academic Affiliate of Weil Medical College of Cornell University and NY Presbyterian Hospital Network. She served as solo Chief Resident in her final 2 years, supervising and teaching 33 other residents. She also spends time mentoring high school and college students about careers in medicine. In addition to teaching, Dr. DeJesus exhibits research about unique surgical case studies at surgical conferences and lectures to other doctors nationally. Dr. DeJesus volunteers her time by participating in medical mission foot and ankle surgery trips to Vietnam. She also supports healthy activities in the community by leading a medical team of residents and students at marathons throughout the year.

I’ve seen Dr. DeJesus two times and she is very quick in submitting the things I need to the companies it needed to go to (pain medication, brace). She takes the time to explain my condition and shows what is actually going on with my foot (X-rays,MRI). I’m sad she’s leaving her private practice since I am a new patient. Even though she is leaving she assured me she would follow my case with her colleague. I would recommend her services to anyone. She is a great doctor.

This was my first time at this place. Very clean, the front lady is super cute, Dr DeJesus is amazing. I had to bring my 6 months old twins amd one of them is super cranky mamas boy. As expected he was screaming and the sweet front dest young lady( forgot to ask her name) talked to him and he stopped. Xray was really quick. Only unpleasent thing is the issue im having with my ankles. But im hoping that with Dr Jesus"s help, I will be able to recover !

The receptionist was just the sweetest!
My mom was seen by both Dr. DeJesus and another male doctor. She was full of energy and positive!
After doing the X-Ray, she explained to us the reason for my mom's foot discomfort, and gave us multiple treatment solutions, which we were in dire need. The other doctor accompanied by her showed my mom some stretches..
To conclude, the visit was very pleasant and helpful!
