Lauren is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner who joined Princeton Sports and Family Medicine in 2017.
Lauren graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Through her work with the Health Federation of Philadelphia’s Early Head Start Program, she developed a passion for community health and the promotion of health literacy throughout the lifespan.
Lauren earned her Master of Science in Nursing with the University of Pennsylvania’s Family Nurse Practitioner Program, a program consistently ranked among the best in the world. Her graduate work focused on the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute illnesses and chronic conditions in the primary care setting. Her capstone project focused on the role and efficacy of mindfulness in chronic pain management. She received her board certification from the ANCC and is a licensed provider and prescriber in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
At Princeton Family Medicine, Lauren is dedicated to consulting current clinical practice guidelines, providing evidence-based care, and collaborating with her interdisciplinary partners to ensure the best treatment for her patients. She believes optimal health outcomes are the result of strong patient-provider relationships, education, and shared decision-making.

It was a great experience with Lauren, she listened to me and my concerns, when she said we will take step by step but we'll figure everything out. I felt such a relief, very thankful I found this office. I will defintely set this place as my go to for now on.

Lauren was caring, attentive, and compassionate. The wait time was very minimal and I was in the treatment room almost immediately. Lauren allowed me the opportunity to fill out the paperwork ahead of time at my home before coming into the office, since I was a new patient, to get things rolling. She was kind to listen to all of my concerns and was very understanding of them. She analyzed my conditions based on what I said and what the tests informed her (i.e. EKG), and was very thorough in her attention to detail. She explained to me different hypotheses for why I may be feeling the way that I did and was willing to find a solution to my condition as soon as possible. I think that takes a lot of character and I look forward to my next visit.
