Dr. Ng was thorough and attentive during my visit. She took time to sit down and have a one-on-one conversation with me before my exam. I did not feel rushed through my appointment and the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The front desk staff could have been politer and more helpful. It is disappointing to see them overtly displaying displeasure over your questions. They gave me forms to fill after 15 minutes of waiting which delayrdy appointment by another half an hour. Finally when the time came for the doctor to see me, I was advised to see another doctor because Dr Ng had to leave for a delivery. She saw me only after I declined to consult the other doctor. I must add that the interactiom with doctor was reasonably good.

Dr. Ng was excellent as was the staff at the clinic. They were professional and made me feel comfortable my first time there. I liked the appointment setup; Dr. Ng and I were able to have a conversation about the reason for my visit and any questions or concerns before going to the exam room. She was efficient and professional. I will continue to see her for my appointments.

She did not introduce herself when we met, and she has a challenging to pronounce last name. I did not express any desire to get an IUD, did not tell her about a history of unplanned pregnancies, and am at the outer limit of fertility. No matter, she pushed me to get a particular branded IUD, showed me a plastic model/the actual IUD and talked to me about the benefits of the brand. She gave me a sales pitch for a hypothetical woman who cannot remember to take a pill every day and wants a device implanted in her body. Later, I was billed in full for lab tests, including one which I specifically elected not to have performed on a form that she provided. The lab said that her office did not submit any insurance information for me.

While knowledgeable, she was in a hurry and didn't give me all the information I needed. It was a more painful examination than usual and I never heard back regarding my tests.

Excellent treatment by all staff and doctors. Dr. Ng was attentive, gentle, and reassuring. Lovely clean and modern facility, waiting room is pleasant with a very well maintained fish tank (which is just a fun detail!). Highly recommended.

Dr. Ng is a fantastic doctor and is incredibly kind. I was very nervous for my exam and she was patient, understanding, and made the situation much lighter. I would recommend her to anyone!

This was my first visit to Dr. Ng and I found her to be exactly what you would hope in a doctor. She gave me her full time and attention and I did not feel as though I were being rushed through my appointment. That is often not the case these days, so I was very appreciative.

I have avoided going for regular OBGYN check ups for years, but had an emeregency medical concern that led me to Dr. Ng's office. The receptionist was top notch, as were the rest of the staff I interacted with. Dr. Ng's calm, welcoming personality immediately put me at ease. She was thorough, knowledgable, took the time to hear all of my concerns, and followed up the next day to make sure I had gotten necessary procedures done. PLUS, I had my first blood draw in TEN YEARS without passing out, thanks to the excellent hands of the phlembotomist on staff. I definitely plan on staying with Dr. Ng and would recommend her/the office to friends or family!

My visit was very satisfying. All of my concerns and questions answered promptly and at first I was nervous but after speaking about my concerns I felt that things were safe. I trust Lauren with everything else I might need to know about my body. She has a really nice calm voice and she's very understandable. Lauren is also gentle and she likes to make sure you're comfortable with everything every step of the way.
