This review is not for Dr. Leka Gajula as I did not see her for my appointment. Although she is the provider that I booked my appointment with, I was told after booking that I would not be seen by her, instead I would be seen by a Nurse Practitioner at the practice. I was seen by Monica Miranda whose treatment was much less than professional. She initially presented kind but immediately became defensive, sarcastic, and rude once I began asking her questions about my health and the treatment going forward. It was as if she did not expect me to have questions about what she was telling me and was offended when I did. I am very disappointed with this visit. From being misled about who I was going to be seen by, to the less than appealing office space then the unprofessional treatment from the Nurse Practitioner, Monica Miranda.
