I work in New Jersey, but I live in the Poconos. I got to my appointment and sat for 20 minutes after my appointment time just to be told that my provider did not come into the office that day. It then took me two hours to drive home. Her assistant was very apologetic, but that did not make up for the inconvenience. ?
