Libby immediately made us feel comfortable during our first visit. She asked thoughtful questions, listened carefully, and made the conversation feel supportive and easy. I really appreciated how quickly she followed up after our session with additional information and resources we had discussed on the call. Her compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stood out.

Wonderful experience. Libby has a very holistic approach to health and nutrition that encompasses much more than the traditional RNs that I have worked with in the past. She is refreshing to work with and is a very committed practitioner who takes a lot of care and time to get to know new clients. I cannot wait to continue working with her!

More about Libby Moser, LDN, RDN, MS

Piece of Nutrition is a virtual, weight-neutral, non-diet nutrition practice specializing in eating disorders and disordered eating, as well as gentle, realistic support for everyday nutrition concerns. We work with teens and adults who feel stuck in cycles of restriction, bingeing, food guilt, or chronic dieting, and with those stepping down from higher levels of care who still need structured, compassionate support. Our dietitians collaborate closely with therapists, physicians, and treatment teams, using a mental-health-informed, weight-neutral approach rather than focusing on weight loss or rigid food rules. We also support clients with concerns like “normal” eating, meal planning, digestive issues, and managing health conditions in a non-diet way, helping make eating feel more flexible and sustainable. We offer virtual sessions for clients in eligible states and accept several major insurance plans to help make care more accessible. I’m the ultimate foodie—my passion for food has seamlessly become both a personal and professional adventure, and I couldn’t love it more! I'm all about food over supplements, always hunting down the latest restaurant or café, yet just as happy cooking at home and experimenting with new recipes. I know that not every home-cooked meal will be your favorite, but there’s value in eating it anyway—a philosophy I embrace. Oh, and I’m a matcha-obsessed girlie who adores her dog, Pepper. When working with me, expect a direct yet compassionate approach. I’ll challenge you in different ways to help you build a joyful, satisfying relationship with food. Everyone deserves a life that includes feeling their best and a love for food, and I’m here to help with that! I hold a Master’s in Nutrition and Dietetics from Northern Illinois University, where I also completed a Certificate in Eating Disorders and Obesity, as well as a Dietetic Internship. I earned my Bachelor’s in Nutrition from Indiana University Bloomington.
