The medical team is wonderful. From Dr. Attanasio, to the APRN Katie (whom I’ve seen more often), to the nurses...all great people to talk to and interact with. They’ve answered every question I’ve ever asked without judgment, and have worked with me to get through some tough medical situations. Then there’s the office staff. I’ll start by saying they’re all courteous too. It’s nice to share a laugh with them when I’m in the office. But here’s the problem - you’ll never be able to get a hold of anyone on the phone. I’ve had to call about prescriptions, appointments, billing issues, test results, and various forms for work and insurance. I’m not exaggerating when I say you will literally never get anyone to answer the phone. So you might say to yourself, “I’ll leave a message. Surely someone will call me back!” 9 times out of 10, no, they won’t. I’ve found the best way to get their attention is to stop in the office when they’re open...which, by the way, good luck figuring that out. The official hours aren’t posted and there are weekdays I’ve stopped by at 2:00 and the office was closed. There was also an appointment where I waited in the exam room for an hour and a half before the doctor came in. That was a fluke, I think, but it’s worth mentioning.

The doctor saw me right away and was very personal. The hospital he is affiliated with is 5 minutes away, very comforting.

He was very kind, and he took care of a health issue that was ignored by the ER 3 weeks ago. Thank you Dr. Attanasio!

Great bedside manner, really put me at ease. No nonsense, left me feeling that my issue was going to be resolved.
He is a great doctor. He took his time to find the problem and worked hard to find solutions.
This was a follow up visit. I had all my paperwork ready which made it easier for everyone.

Dr Attanasio is a great dr. His employees on the other hand i think i rather be nice & gve no comment! There is no answering machine to leave refills on. I have to call dr baldinos office once a month & it takes me 3 weeks to get in touch with someone. Its easier for me to walk 15 blocks to office to tell my refills in person. Top it off i had hip replacement, knee replacement & scoliosis

I was seen 20 minutes after my appointment time, by two of the students doing their field work in the office. They were very polite and knowledgeable, and clearly interested in my health. However, it was well over an hour that I was in the exam room waiting for the doctor to come in. Once I saw him, I got all my questions answered and it was clear Dr. Attanasio cared about my health. The wait was the worst part, though. My appointment was 11:30 and I was seen at 1:15.
I have NEVER felt so neglected by a health professional in my life. This man needs to stop taking new patients if he cannot handle the load of what he has now. Every time I need to call the office I get a busy signal or unending rings with no answering machine. I have now been waiting 10 WEEKS for the medications I need to be healthy. If I finally do speak to someone I get the run-around about waiting for the. Dr. To respond to messages or follow through with the scripts. Drug reps stream through the doors while patients are talked out of the meds that have worked in the past in favor of new meds needing months of pre-authorizations. This place is a scam.

I had to wait awhile to be seen because they were short staffed but the Dr. was worth the wait. Best Dr. I've ever had, He really seems to care, even if he doesn't, he seems to, that's good enough for me

Had a great visit....... He listened to me and gave me great advice. He was very nice and I would highly recommend him to all my family and friends...Will definitely be going back to see him for all my ailments....
Very nice guy; comfortable to talk with and easy going. For the first time seeing him, I'd be glad to go back! Office wait was ridiculously long, but it's that time of year!

I am interested in making Dr. Attanasio my primary doctor, but I was not pleased by the long wait. I arrived on time for my 9:30 appointment but wasn't seen until 10:30.
