My husband and I both came in for an annual physical. My appointment was scheduled an hour after my husband's but they were able to move my appointment up so we both finished around the same time. Front desk was very friendly and polite. Dr. Hanak was very professional, reviewed my test results thoroughly and answered my questions.

Rush Hospital is huge and confusing to navigate, so I would recommend getting there early. BUT the appointment itself was great. He gave me helpful information, he was friendly, and he didn't condescend.
