He's not a bad doctor, he seems knowledgeable, but he did not make me feel like I was a patient and more like a 5 year old kid begging him to give me a piece of candy.... I did not really feel like the focus at all and I had to keep stopping him from leaving to tell him about my symptoms. He seemed to be in a rush. So I spent a total of maybe 7 minutes with him for a 1 hour appointment. I think I got what I needed... I think.... but more in the fact that he reassured me I wasn't in dire need in medical assistance, I still have the symptoms and still don't have an answer with how to treat it or what it is... So I have made another appointment to go see my primary doctor at the other location, I have a lot of unanswered questions, and while I'm not saying he's a bad doctor, I felt like he wasn't actually my doctor and someone I just simply asked what time it was, and I wasn't supposed to expect more of him.

I'm not sure why I had to wait so long. All I was told was that others had appointments ahead of me. If so then they shouldn't over book appointments. I was even ten minutes early to make sure I didn't miss my appointment. No reflection on my doctor. He was great as always.

I had made an appointment and was seen right on time. Dr. Horan listened well to my concerns and addressed each one. I felt very comfortable with the entire experience. The office was clean and neat. I could do without the TV in the examining room...what's with putting TV's EVERYWHERE?

I liked my old doctor better, he was kind and listened to you. I've been going to this clinic for a YEAR just trying to get a year of thyroid medicine, they keep tinkering with the dose and now it's back to where it started. And now today they said I have to come back AGAIN in four weeks for another blood test because they didn't even believe me that I'd been on the same dose long enough for another test. Not happy about this ... my old doctor who unfortunately retired did the whole thing in one visit and treated me like a real person.

In spite of scheduling in advance for a 11,30am I was seen at 12,45pm- ironically longer than had I walked-in. However as always Urgent Care at Cleveland Park is very good, and Dr. Horan was excellent, as was the XRay technician. They need to sort out their scheduling system, otherwise 5 stars!
