I came here because of the great reviews I read. However, I had a different experience. The office is nice and clean. Check in was simple, you insert your own information on an iPad. I got called in and I had to question my own self numerous times because the nurse did not understand one word I said. They were confused onto what should be done with me. I told them exactly how I felt. I go in to see the doctor, wait 20 minutes for a woman to come in and ask me why am I here. I told her everything that was bothering me, no empathy, it was as if she was in a rush (barely made it out to smile). She asked me what do I usually take for pain and then I told her the other doctors prescribed antibiotics previously. She then said yeah I’ll give you those too. I felt very uncomfortable and not welcomed. She didn’t inform me to come back and follow up either.

I love the practice! They top all other people I’ve been to. I see a different doctor each time which may not be some people’s cup of tea. The nurses and intake are extremely friendly! Bring insurance every time and expect to waitttt. Good visit nonetheless, today the bedside manner wasn’t the best, but was still good.

Didn’t actually get seen by Dr. Micheal Terrani, I was seen by Natasha but it was my first visit and I was so pleasantly surprised with how professional and sweet she was! Can’t stop raving about my appointment. Wait time wasn’t as fast as expected but as for my appointment, 10 out of 10!

I did not meet with Dr. Terrani but his staff was excellent. The care and level of respect was exactly what you would want from an ob/gyn. The only issue was he very long wait time.

The office is ok. Needs more staff for the amount of patients they see. Appointment at 5:45 did not leave till 7:45. Waited an hour and a half for a sonogram. Then waited 20 minutes to see the doctor. They really need to hire more people to accommodate their patient volume.

Tried contacting the clinic for two days after my appointment to change my pharmacy. They never picked up the phone or called me back, and thus I'm unable to access my medication.

It's a very nice office. I just wish the bedside manor was better. I came in for a follow-up for a miscarriage and the doctor came into the room with 2 other people. She didn't even introduce them to me, they just stood near the door as the doctor examined my breast and spoke to me. I felt like a lab rat.
I requested a birth control implant about a month ago, I was told I would hear back regarding my insurance authorization and arrival of the device. I still have not heard back from the office.
Despite all of this they're still better than other GYN offices I've been too.

Dr. Terrani no longer takes new patients. I was seen by the physician assistant Davisa Mills. I'm happy it worked out that way. She is just wonderful and very attentive to my comfort. Staff is warm and friendly. I love the environment. Seen right away. I would recommend this office.

I have been looking for a good ObGYN since a long time. Doc Terrani is definitely the one. Very professional, competent and full of energy. It was a pleasure and a relief finding finally a good doctor that knows what he is doing.
The stuff was amazing also.I did not wait at all. Everybody was fast and the studio is very clean.

The physician is awesome, he made an uncomfortable situation comfortable. The wait to be seen was too long. I arrived 25 minutes before my appointment but wasn't seen until an hr later. Then had to wait an extra 30 minutes to see the physician. I like the physician, he was great but I was getting frustrated with the wait.
