Fr. Hashemi was very polite. Nice and welcoming for it to be my initial visit. Listen to what I needed to say. She’s very quick and straight to the point. Staff was wonderful. They have a great team base there. Everything starts with the receptionist and I had a great experience through the whole appointment.

I like the professionalism of all the staff. The office is spotless and bright. I was seen at my scheduled appointment time. It's pretty easy to get an appointment. I trust this doctor which is rare for me. She has a good way of telling me what I need to improve, without being a scold. That is important to me. I am not fond of the electronic sign-in software but I discovered on my second visit that it isn't necessary to go through all the screens. That helped a lot. The office complex is easy to find. The parking lot is cramped although I have always found a space. Head for the outer edges. You'll save time even though you have to walk a few more steps.

There was a mix up between the front desk and the doctor and her nurse. It could have been avoided, but the frontdesk clerk ws involved on the phone. We were right on time but waited more than an hour and were getting ready to leave when the doctor came out to the waiting room.

She is wonderful. I highly recommend her. She is very professional yet friendly. She has a great way of suggesting small changes to improve your health without being a nag. In my case it was suggesting that sometimes sour tastes (think lemon and lime) could be substituted for salt which I use too often. She spent a lot of time with me on my first visit and asked a lot of questions, all of which I liked and appreciated. Her office staff is also highly professional. The offices and waiting room are spotless.
