Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped before to joined the "zoom visit" . Dr. Plotnikova was very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how she really took her time to explain my condition with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit so I highly recommend Dr Plotnikova.

We discussed my itching problem; she addressed it as a dry skin problem but it appears to be a much deeper problem. I assume that an in person visit may be required in order to determine the necessary resolution.

She has he nicest bedside manner, and I could feel her genuine concern. she answered all of my questions and was so helpful iand thorough in her answers. I really appreciate somebody who really cares about helping others, and I feel like she really does. I will continue to see and recommend Dr. Plotnikova :)

Booking this appointment (before I found Zocdoc) was difficult. I spent over an hour being transferred around to people at the hospital and explaining that I did have a referral and had been there before. Ugh. Then I got the bill for a very quick (less than 10 minutes) appointment and I am being billed an outrageous amount!! I thought I'd owe a small copay. When I called the billing department to ensure that the bill I got was correct, the representative was condescending and unhelpful. So, in summary Dr. Plotnikova is fine but the supporting staff is awful and there are extra charges for it being in a hospital (which I was unaware of). I'm switching doctors after this experience.

Dr. Plotnikova is a wonderful doctor. She gave me a full consultation over the phone. She was very attentive to my problem and prescribed me medicine I really need. Also she is very nice person and it was a pleasure to talk to her.
