This was my first visit as a new patient at this office. My experience was everything I wanted and more. Nicholle Hise, NP was incredible to listen to and specifically address each and all of my concerns. We developed a plan together and I left with a very positive and hopeful outlook. She and her staff were fantastic and professional.

Nicholle Hise, NP was very pleasant and helpful. She was a great listener and was very reassuring. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great nurse practitioner.
The staff at the front desk was a different story. They were rude and talked about me while I was filling out paperwork. There was only a thin sliding glass window separating them from the waiting room, so you would think that they might have the courtesy to at least bring their complaints about patients down to a whisper.

Dr. Hise was extremely warm and welcoming. She had a student shadowing her and made sure to ask if I was OK with her being in the room as well. She was very informative and made sure she explained the problems I was having and giving good tips to help alleviate the issue. She also made sure to inform me about the medication she was prescribing and to make sure I follow up to see if it helps. I felt like I was a priority and that I was well taken care of. Absolutely recommend.

I cannot recommend this office enough! Nicholle is wonderful and her nurse is the best and friendliest we’ve ever had! My boys and I love everyone in the office and trust them to always hear us out and get to the bottom of whatever is wrong!
