Dr Costello is one of the best doctors I've had. She is friendly, thorough, and informative. The office staff were friendly, you don't wait long to get in to a room, and you don't wait long for Dr Costello to come in once you're in a room.

Nice to have a doctor sit down and thoroughly discuss procedures, medications, vitamins, medical expectations and anything related to her patients. I was use to the doctor who gives you a 30 second explanation in/out service who is ready to move on to their next patient. Nicole is a very detailed and thorough Doctor that I would recommend to any interested parties.

Dr. Costello and her assistant were very personable and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with both of them. The front desk wasn't the friendliest but I'm there for the doctor so it wasn't a deal breaker.

I scheduled my appt. and showed up to see Dr. Costello. We spoke about my concerns and she acknowledged my symptom's. She then said I will research the symptoms and get back too you within two weeks. It has been over a month and I still haven't heard from her. Unprofessionalism is what concerns me.

The nurse Carmen was sweet and took care of me right away. Within 3 minutes of leaving Dr. Costello was in the room. She was kind and caring and had a personality that was easy to like. I am very picky about my doctors since most make me feel uncomfortable but I am so glad I met her. I will be using her as my primary care physician from now on.

My wife recommended I go see Dr. Costello and I'm so glad she did. Dr. Costello cares about her patients. She even calls personally to find out how we're doing after an appointment. She's extremely patient and understanding and will listen to you. Also, you can generally get an appointment on short notice. This is another huge plus in my book. I cannot recommend her enough!
