Dr. Lu is an overall excellent physician. She is knowledgeable and professional in all respects. She also has an excellent "bedside manner," explaining each procedure to the patient and constantly asking for the patient's feedback and ensuring the comfort of the patient.

I highly recommend Dr. Lu. She is very courteous and kind. She seems genuinely interested in your condition and wants to make your issues better.

5/2011 was my 2nd time seeing her. (1st time was 3/2011, and this was due to previous Dr. unavailable). She seems smart, but lacks experience as well as bedside manner, etc. Her communication was short and her style a bit rushed. She was satisfactory in obtaining diagnosis, but seemed dismissive as far as my concerns, etc. Especially, as someone with a serious case, this is deplorable. I was left feeling confused and slightly depressed both times I saw her. I will never make appt. with her again.
