I really appreciated the way I was treated here. She took the time to listen to my health concerns and gave me great health concious advice. The entire office was extremely friendly. I found Prativa Basnet to be the most polite and professional DR I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.

It felt like she was kind of annoyed. For instance, she suggested that I need an interpreter. I’ve been living in this country for over 6 years, I have two kids, so I had experience with doctors - a lot. I have never been told, that I need an interpreter. In fact, I was told, that I don’t need one, after I had him while my firs visit to an English speaking doctor.
Also, I’ve never been hurrying by a doctor, except dr Basnet.
The nurse Jackie was super nice.

I was nervous about my appointment based on other reviews I read, but it was essential that I was seen by a PCP prior to an upcoming foot surgery and Dr. Basnet was the only one available.
I found her to be professional and friendly, but I would not describe her as warm. She asked lots of questions throughout my appointment, not always letting me finish before asking another.
The office was clean and the staff were all polite and professional as well. Overall, it was a good visit.

I felt like the doctor really rushed this appointment. I saw her for a total of around 5 minutes. She seemed completely disinterested in concerns that I had an assured me that they could be addressed (next time). Her office was around a 30 minutes from my house, so I was hoping that this visit would be worthwhile.

Very disappointed I wanted to talk with her about ED and how I’m having marital problems. I’m on Male 53 years old in superb shape. So she tells me she can’t give me viagra and says I have to see a counselor and a urologist...lol
Meanwhile my wife will keep asking me why I can’t get erec— while I have to wait and see these people and my marriage continues to disintegrate.
I felt the very least she could’ve done was help me temporarily until I can clear these problems of that I’m having in my marriage but no as usual doctors are worthless

I have never been treated so poorly by any physician. She interrupted me, belittled me, told me that I was not experiencing symptoms that I am experiencing, and I left the office in tears. We just moved here, and have been looking for a physician to treat our family. The search will continue- she was awful.

Dr. Basnet is not afraid to tell you the truth, so don't expect her to beat around the bush or let you down easy. Some may prefer that, but personally I needed someone who would give it to me straight.
I apologize as I forgot her name, but the nurse who first saw me was excellent, very friendly, and very good at what she did. I will definitely be back.

I had a very good visit. Dr. Basent really takes the time to listen and shows she cares. She is very informative and explains things in a way that I understand. I'm so happy to have her as my primary and would recommend her to family and friends.
