one of the only doctors i’ve seen that makes me feel very understood. facility itself is always very clean and quiet and i’m always seen immediately. all the staff is very nice and go above and beyond :) can’t recommend rachel enough

Rachel Smith is originally from Saginaw, Michigan, where she began her patient care journey in 2008 as a nursing assistant. She earned her Associate's degree from Mitchell Community College before continuing her education at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she obtained her Bachelor's degree. In 2011, she moved to North Carolina and became a Registered Nurse. While working as an RN, she pursued her Master's in Family Health Nursing at Winston-Salem State University, graduating with honors in 2017. She previously worked in Norfolk, Virginia, before relocating to Florida with her family in 2021.
Since becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Rachel has developed a strong clinical background in Family Medicine, Pulmonary, Critical Care, Sleep Medicine, Wound Care, and Rheumatology.
When she is not working, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. She also loves animals and has a 12-year-old Australian Shepherd Lab mix named Buddy and a Maine Coon Tabby mix named Mooche. She enjoys reading, baking, and kayaking.
