Follow up on 12/28/2017
Nightmare on Elm Street!!!
This money making office instead of trying to help the patient, doesn’t complete an office visit and tries to get money for you with a follow. Went to office in Manhattan. This doctor couldn’t complete examination due to drop effects in the eyes and asked me to come back. Went following day to office in the Bronx to find out that doctor has a list of new tests / examinations to be done with new charges to my insurance and more copay to charge me. Original test was not even completed and this MAFIA office wants more money from me and my insurance.
And to top her professionalism, she told me that she’s the DOCTOR and that she’s the one who knows. That’s the problem with some doctors, they abuse the public because people do not question their practice and vow to their money making Mafia.
Will take business elsewhere.

The technician and everyone is the office were nice and professional. The wait time was 1.5 hours at a not very busy day. The doctor is not very nice and wouldn't explain things to me even when I asked for explanations of my prescription. Won't come back.

Dr. Goller is a great doctor. She listened and noted all my issues and concern. She checked my eyes and right away determined what was my issue. She gave me samples of eye drops that were not covered by my insurance, just to make sure I had some of the medicine I needed. She prescribed me something similar, that the insurance would pay. She made sure to schedule a follow up visit and a visit to examine my eyes for a deeper check up. She says that although I have 20/20 vision, she wants to make sure that everything is good inside. That showed me how much she cared about my eyes being good and healthy. I definitely recommend this clinic and the doctors to anyone. Each and every staff provides great services. The receptionists are friendly. The eye technician is very informative and professional. The tech made sure to explain every procedure they were doing and why. The clinic is very clean and neat. The doctor is very friendly and very helpful. I can brag forever about the great services. Thank you very much!
