I really appreciated that Dr Dulai took time to understand my concerns and to answer my questions. She was also very good about explaining what she was doing and why when examining me. She is very friendly and her bedside manner put me at ease.

Dr. Ramandeep listens very well to her patients. But the problem is with her response. Yes she explains to me counting my cycle correctly but she was insensitive referring me to an infertility doctor where in fact she have not performed yet any tests on me. She was just relying on the story I'm telling her.
I went to her in the first place because I wanted to try out first conceiving the normal way yet she concluded that I needed to go to infertility doctor.
Probably if she can read this, be sensitive enough next time and respond to your patients with care.
Did not come back after my first visit.

I have had so many terrible experiences with OB/GYNs, so I was very hesitant to go. Dr. Dulai was INCREDIBLE. She is kind, gentle, and attentive. I shared very sensitive information with her and she was supportive, and made sure that I had a say in how we were going to move forward. HIGHLY recommend; you will not be disappointed.

I suppose I am the only one who did not consider her warm nor friendly. I will say that she did listen to what I had to say, so that was one positive. Her responses, on the other hand, were rather insensitive. When I told her about my miscarriage and history, she told me that I better not become pregnant or my baby will have brain damage. During the pap smear, she told me that I was being difficult and told me to just get a pelvic ultrasound. Once I had the ultrasound, I did not hear back from her office for a month. Even then, I had to call several times to get my ultrasound results. This is not the first time these reviews have led me astray, so I am doing my homework now by double/triple checking on other websites as well before booking. I would advise others to do the same.

It was my first visit to her office couple days ago and it was a great first visit! She is very pleasant, attentive and made me feel very comfortable. The entire office was small but nicely decorated and very clean specially the bathroom.
I am glad I made the switch. I feel comfortable in this office already. One of her staff, Laura is incredibly professional, very accommodating and made sure I feel comfortable in the room while waiting for Dr. Dulai. Looking forward to my next appointments.

I had a great experience with Dr. Dulai and with the office. They were very efficient and Dr. Dulai really took her time to understand what was going on with me. She had a great bedside manner and was very gentle with me. I really appreciate all the care and time she spent with me and would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone!
