I like the Zocdoc for helping to find a doctor in a convenient location. But I didn't see the doctor I have chosen. The most upsetting that my many hours of work to fill up forms online didn't help me to do it again in the doctors office. This needs to be addressed right away!

My prescription wasn’t sent to pharmacy after calling about it twice and I did an exam awaiting results that would take a day maybe two and it’s now been three days. I’m trying to call the office but sitting on hold now for 20 mins!!!!!!!!!

It was really bad experience I called the office for my appointment they weren’t able to take me because some reason they couldn’t reach me ( manager wasn’t there ) anyway I got upset and I don’t recommend that office because they are very unprofessional
