loved it.. he was the first doctor we saw for our kids since moving to arizona few months ago. they were nice professional and even though i only had an appt for my son they were able to see my daughter at the same time. they were courtesy professional and fast.

Dr James was awesome there was literally no wait time. His staff was awesome I was afraid to stay in the room while my son got vaccinations because I didn't want to hear him cry it just breaks my heart. So they had 2 other nurses go in for me and my baby did not cry at all. Wonderful experience!

Dr. James earned his Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT. He later attended the Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, GA before completing his Residency in Pediatrics from West Virginia University in Morgantown, WV.
Dr. James is a leading opponent of serving soda in schools. He has also presented publicly about diabetes and nutrition. He is a two-time winner of the “Physician of the Month” award at Gallup Medical Center in Gallup, MN. He earned the Spirit Award at West Virginia University. Dr. James was a member of the Residency Admissions Committee and the Medical School Admissions Committee during the nineteen-nineties. Later, he also became a PALS instructor.

Had an appointment set by ZocDoc with all benefits sent beforehand. Got there and had to wait until insurance was verified. Still waited about 45 minutes to be seen. Doctor was walking around aimlessly up and down the hallway while the tiny ugly waiting room was jam packed with sick kids. You would think it would be decorated for children with toys and books, maybe a freaking TV to keep them busy considering it is a Pediatrics office!!
We went because my daughter kept complaining of stomach pains. He sent her to get an x-ray rather than an Ultrasound. We went directly to get the x-ray done on a Friday, did not get results for 10 days from the office! I was calling every day and they didn't get the results supposedly. The assistant kept saying she would call them and call me back, never did. When the reults did come 10 days later, the worst part of all was that we had to trek all the way back to the office, PAY ANOTHER COPAY, just for them to tell me she was constipated! She refused to give me the results by phone. Had me so worried that I took the kids out of school early thinking it must have been major since they are requiring me to go into the office for the results. I was worried sick! Since we had to walk in to get the results we had to wait about 90 minutes to be seen for 2 minutes. They said it was office policy not to give results by phone. More like, they want to bill your insurance and collect on the copay again. What a scam!!!! I was so irritated and upset. I will not be coming back here ever again and will never recommend them to anybody. Maybe it will suit folks that have gov't insurance coverage.

I think Dr. James was nice but he was very passive and was just going thru the motions, I really did not feel like he was concerned with his patient the way a Doctor should be.

He made my son very comfortable. Gave him a high five and knuckles. The staff was super friendly. My son had no fear when it was time for shots. The doctor answered all my questions and guided me to where I need to go next.
